St. Joseph Health Network at Broadcasting handles all outpatient laboratory needs. Our facility offers convenient hours and no appointment is necessary.

Whether your doctor has given you a prescription for blood work, or your company has established a drug testing program with us, stop by and allow our experienced professional staff to provide you with the care you deserve. As the only hospital-based laboratory in Berks County awarded the prestigious CAP (College of American Pathologists) certification, we feel confident that you will be pleased with the prompt, quality testing and accurate results that St. Joseph Quality Medical Laboratory provides.

Physical Therapy

Monday through Friday by appointment.

Outpatient physical therapy services provide evaluations and treatment for a variety of common orthopedic problems. We specialize in joint replacement therapy, post-surgical shoulder and knee rehabilitation, spinal and pelvic mobilization, motor vehicle and work related injuries. Most insurances are accepted.

Wound Care

Monday through Friday by appointment.

The concept behind The Wound Center at St. Joseph Medical Center is simple - bringing about complete healing.

The Wound Center specializes in treating all types of wounds, including the following:

• Diabetic ulcers
• Vascular wounds
• Traumatic wounds
• Pressure ulcers
• Surgical wounds

Every wound is unique and our Wound Center is equipped and staffed to provide you with the optimum level of care. Non-healing wounds are complex, making it difficult to understand why chronic wounds will not heal. Our expertly trained staff understands these complexities and can evaluate and treat the most difficult wounds.
